TAPS is committed to helping reduce pet overpopulation by spaying and neutering all animals adopted from our shelter. By increasing public awareness of the benefits of altering your pets and the problem of pet overpopulation, we will be able to decrease the number of stray animals on the street and the number of homeless animals euthanized each year.
In order to help with the overpopulation problem, TAPS offers low-cost spay/neuter programs to our community. If you are interested in taking advantage of this program, please fill out and submit this form online.
Our front desk staff will be calling interested parties on Thursdays to finalize info and get appt scheduled. We will be making calls in the order of inquiries received. You may not receive a call for a few Thursdays due to high interest/limited appts. Appt must be paid for at time of scheduling and appts will generally be 1-2 months out. Please no phone calls, we have one dedicated staff who focuses on this program on Thursdays. She can answer questions when she follows up to your inquiry via telephone.
